Exchange Policy

At Maison Saint Louis, every piece is crafted with intention and care. We want you to feel extraordinary in your garment. If your ready-made purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Please note: Maison Saint Louis does not offer refunds or returns. All eligible transactions are processed as exchanges only.

Ready-Made Pieces

Ready-made pieces from our Prêt-à-Porter collection are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition
  • The item must be unused — no signs of wear, use, or damage
  • The item must be unwashed
  • The item must be free of perfume, deodorant, or any scent transfer
  • The item must not have been altered or tailored in any way
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@maisonsaintlouis.net with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with exchange instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed. The replacement piece will ship within one week of approval.

Exchange requests made after the 30-day window or for items that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.

Custom Order Deposits

Custom and personalized pieces require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Because each custom piece is made to your specifications, the following deposit policy applies:

Within 3 Days of Deposit

You may request a full refund of your deposit. Contact us at info@maisonsaintlouis.net with your order number to initiate the refund.

After 3 Days

The deposit is non-refundable. However, it automatically converts to store credit valid for one year (365 days) from the date of the original deposit. This credit may be applied to any future purchase at Maison Saint Louis.

Custom pieces that have entered production are not eligible for cancellation or exchange. The remaining 50% balance is due after measurements and final details are confirmed.
