Shipping Policy

Every Maison Saint Louis garment is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We take the same care with our shipping as we do with our craftsmanship.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for a future expansion.
All orders require a valid US shipping address. Orders with international addresses will not be processed.

Standard Shipping
FREE- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Included with every order at no additional cost
- Tracking number provided via email
Expedited Shipping
$25.00- Carrier: UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Available at checkout for an additional $25
- Tracking number provided via email
- Recommended for formal gowns and high-value pieces (enhanced insurance coverage)
Processing & Turnaround Times
Ready-Made Pieces
Orders for ready-made pieces from our Prêt-à-Porter collection are processed and shipped within 1 week of purchase.
Custom Pieces
Custom and personalized pieces require approximately 15 days from the date your order details and measurements are finalized. You will receive updates on production progress and a shipping notification once your piece is on its way.
Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard if you have an account.
If you placed an order as a guest, your tracking information will be available exclusively via the email sent to the address used at checkout.
Packaging
Each garment is carefully folded with tissue paper, sealed in a protective garment bag, and placed in branded packaging. Gowns and larger pieces may be shipped in custom garment boxes to prevent creasing.
Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@maisonsaintlouis.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
