1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at maisonsaintlouis.net (the “Site”), operated by Maison Saint Louis LLC (“Maison Saint Louis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or any database connected to the Site
• Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Site
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material to the Site
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

3. Account Registration

Account creation is optional. You may make purchases as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Ordering & Payment

Ready-Made Pieces

All ready-made purchases require full payment at the time of checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Custom Pieces

Custom and personalized orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The remaining 50% balance is due after your measurements and order details have been finalized and you have approved the digital specification.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

5. Custom Order Deposit Policy

• Within 3 days of deposit: You may request a full refund of your deposit by contacting us at info@maisonsaintlouis.net.
• After 3 days: The deposit is non-refundable and converts to store credit valid for one year (365 days) from the deposit date.
• Once a custom piece has entered production following your digital sign-off, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Digital Order Specification & Sign-Off

For custom orders, a detailed order specification will be prepared that includes the base design, all selected customizations (add-ons), your measurements, and the total price breakdown. You will be asked to review and digitally approve this specification before production begins.

By approving the specification, you confirm that all details are correct and authorize Maison Saint Louis to proceed with production. The approved specification becomes a binding agreement between you and Maison Saint Louis. Changes after sign-off require written agreement and may incur additional charges.

7. Exchanges & No Refunds

Ready-made pieces are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, free of perfume, and unaltered. Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Maison Saint Louis does not offer refunds or returns. All eligible transactions are processed as exchanges only. For full details, see our Exchange Policy.

8. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail is included with every order. Expedited shipping via UPS is available for an additional fee. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, garment designs, patterns, and software — is the property of Maison Saint Louis LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on this Site without our prior written consent. The Maison Saint Louis name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Maison Saint Louis LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Saint Louis LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maison Saint Louis LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maison Saint Louis LLC regarding your use of the Site.
